This policy explains how our WomanLog apps (WomanLog Calendar, WomanLog Pro Calendar, WomanLog Pregnancy Calendar, WomanLog Pregnancy Pro Calendar, WomanLog Baby Calendar, WomanLog Baby Pro Calendar) process your personal data. WomanLog apps are available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
General technical data, such as phone model, OS version, country and language, is transferred to WomanLog servers solely for statistical purposes.
Your email address is required in order to create your WomanLog account (optional). Although a WomanLog account is not required for using our apps, it is recommended for backup and restoring data. If you create a WomanLog account, your WomanLog app data will be encrypted and stored on WomanLog servers (https://proactiveapp.com). Your data will be accessible only through Sign In (email address and password).
In order to create a WomanLog account, you will be asked to provide an email address. Your Womanlog account will be created only if you verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email. You can delete your WomanLog account and stored data at any time in the WomanLog account section: open WomanLog app, sign in to your WomanLog account in Settings->WomanLog account, in the right upper corner press on "three dots" button and choose "Delete account”.
The optional Intelligent Assistant feature provides fine-tuned personalised period and fertility forecasts, as well as other useful features, based on your data. You can use this feature only if you agree to send health and sensitive data (such as body measurements, dates of your past and current periods, symptoms – all data except notes) from WomanLog apps to WomanLog servers. This data is stored and processed anonymously – no personal data is connected to this data. WomanLog uses this data for the purpose of providing Intelligent Assistant services to you and for creating WomanLog sample data ("training data") in order to make predictions (for periods and fertility) without being explicitly programmed to perform the task. WomanLog apps will not disclose any of your health and personal data to third parties.
If you have enabled Apple Health (iOS devices) or Google Fit (Android devices) in our apps, we request read/write access to your weight and/or basal body temperature. Our apps use this integration only for data sharing purposes between our apps and Apple Health or Google Fit.
Any personal information that you provide by email to our Support will only be used for our support services. We will not sell or redistribute your information to any third party.
We recommend using the Settings->Set passcode option in our apps (available on both Android and iOS devices) and/or Touch ID/Face ID (available on iOS devices) to protect your app from unauthorised access on your device.
All transfers between our apps and WomanLog servers use HTTPS encryption.
